Over Coming Monday Blue

Monday blue is a widespread problem among most working professionals. There are multiple instances I hear about the inner voice and outspoken statements as 

"Oh god! Sunday is over, tomorrow! Back to work!!:"

 Especially on a Sunday evening, dinner time with a frustrated mindset.

What is the solution

1. Utilise the Sunday last hour as long as it is a resting Sunday, go for a one-hour workout with full energy

2. think and reflect for 15 mins, if possible make a to do list of moday with positivity

3. Try to recheck your office bag/office space is set and ready

4. Start the Monday slightly earlier than usual energise yourself
